cold noodle - 칡 냉면
Soup base included.

1. Put noodles into pot of constantly boiling water and let boil for about 2~3 minutes.
2.Remove the noodles from boiling water and wash in cold water two or three tines to cool, and then drain to serve in a large bowl.
3.Put soup base powder into 1,5 cups of cold water and mix well to prepare cold soup.
4.Pour the prepared cold soup into the bowl containing the cooled noodles, mix and serve. For better taste, add sesame oil, thin sliced cucumber and boiled egg.
